I am furious. I am mad. I am sakit hati.
1. T.ouch n' G.o cards are stupid. Smart T.ags are not that smart either. This morning, the system fcuked up and all the balance in my card has been deducted a fcukin rm30 something when it was supposed to be rm1 only (frm kajan.g to ban.gi). Reason: no entry has been recorded and they even accused me of taking ticket at the previous toll but took the not-so-smartTag lane in the next toll.Boy, was i mad - ive just top-upped yesterday demmit! Plus, this is not the 1st time Tn.G screwed up with me. In fact, the sudden deduction from last case few months ago has not been credited into my account yet (this happened at an lrt station) and they said it wpuld only take a month. So after i made my report for today's incident, i asked the status of my previous report and that ive not received any refund. Status : Rejected. And now they want me to write a letter to them pulak to 'clarify' things. Fcukin hell la! They're wasting my time and menyusahkan orang. Taik betul.
2. What's up with lorry drivers these days? Why are they driving in the fast lane when they go 60kmph? Especially in the morning. What if the person in the car behind you, Mr.Lorry Driver, is already late for work or he/she is in desperate hurry to the toilet? Grr..
3. U know sometimes when u have to distribute email to everyone in the office, and u're too lazy to enter everyone's email addresses, so u just take somebody's email and click on 'reply to all' without realizing that someone might be accidentally left out of the list, and if that email is an important email, that will bring trouble to that someone who has been left out? Whoever started the list in the 1st place is fcukin stupid enough to realize that u can easily type "S**M, V***o D****n" to send a mass email. Either that or he/she hates me and purposely leave out my name.
These are the things that spoilt my morning today. Oh i am sooOO steamingly angry at this moment,i think i'd better go stuff my face with something before further damage.

I got charged 30++ going from serdang to sungai besi once courtesy of TnG not detecting my entry. I could have sworn I heard a "teet". No help from the balance screen too coz it had "rosak" plasteres on it.
ReplyDeleteThankfully I only had a few ringgit balance and only had to settle with PLUS for the balance. guess what. They repaid the amount deducted from my TnG and said sorry coz it does happen sometimes. Was lucky the customer service at the sungai besi toll was reasonable i guess.
